How to detox liver in home ,
Namaskaar to all my friends my name is kunal rajput and how are you all.Here I am back with this new blog And in today's blog ,we'll discuss that how you can detox your liver.
AS liver is the main organ
Whose work is to remove toxins from body.
But with this liver perform many other function in our boy. That's why it is very important to keep healthy.
That's Why in this blog, I will share 5 home drinks which you can prepare at home easily and can detox your liver time to time.
The end of this blog,I will share some lifestyle changes which you should do,so that your liver remain healthy and you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Let's start ,
There can be many reasons of deterioration of liver but the main reasons are high intake of alcohol, high fats diet,disease like hepatitis,drug overdose and genetic disorder.

When your liver starts deterioration, then there are some early symptoms like nausea, loss of appetite, fatigue and diarrhea.
Now,let me tell you the five drinks which will detoxify your liver.
1. For the first drink,we need 6 ingredients which are Bottle gourd, Giloy,coriander, balck salt, turmeric and lemon juice.
Now grind a medium sized Bottle gourd and 50 grams of coriander so that you'll get 1 glass of juice. Now add 30ml Giloy juice, 1 spoon lime juice, 1 small spoon of turmeric and 1 samll spoon of balck salt.And now mix it well.
You have to drink this early morning that too with empty stomach. Remember that you should Consume this 4 or 5 days and repeat this process after every 6 months ,So that your liver will be detoxify and immunity will also increase .
2. Preparation of 2nd drink is very easy in which you have to boil 500ml water.After that you have to soak 200gram raisins overnight in that in the morning, filter that water and Consume some empty stomach and remaining in whole day.Don't throw the raisins, you can Consume that as well .But remember that you need to drink this of continues 3 days and repeat this process after 3 months.
Your liver will be healthy and you will get rid of acidity and constipation .
3. To make the third drink, Ingredients you need are 150 gram spinach ,1 beetroot and little bit of black pepper , Grind spinach and beetroot after adding some water, filter it and add some black pepper.
You should Consume this drink once in a day after 30 minutes lunch for 7 days.
You have to repeat this process after every 6 weeks so that your liver will get detoxified and with that it's very helpful in increasing hemoglobin level.
4. 4th drink which help in detoxification of your liver and it is very tasty as well.
Ingredients, you need are 2 oranges ,2 lemon, 1 litre water and some mints leaves.
For making this,add mints leaves in 1 ltr water and boil it .After that filter it and let it cool down .Now juice out 2 oranges and 2 lemons and mix it in that cool water.And the best part is that you can store this drink in the refrigerator as well. The best wat of drinking it is empty stomach. But Consume this drink for at least 5 days for good results and yes this drink Wil also help you to stay energetic for the whole day.
5.For the 5th drink, Ingredients we need are 3-4 carrots, 2 amla and Himalayan pink salt.For making this ,grind carrots and amla in a glass with some water and filter it well.And add 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt.You can Consume this drink after breakfast at least for a week. Along with liver detoxification, you'll get many antioxidant properties in it.
Now let's talk about lifestyle changes which you should do to keep your liver healthy.
Try to include more fiber in your diet so that your food will get digested easily and liver have to work less.
Try to eat 2-3 walnuts in a day by which also ,your liver will stay healthy because walnuts have (omega 3) fatty acides and argentine.
If you can then replace tea or coffee with green tea, because it contains enough catechins which will improve lever functioning.
Include garlic in your diet because it contains selenium becauseh of which enzymes get activated in your liver. Because of which toxins flushes out.
Add green vegetables in your diet as much as you can like,lattice,broccoli,spinach. etc
Because they all contains a powerful antioxidant which is Glutathione and that is very good for liver.
You just need to remember that keep your food light while using these drinks for detoxification, Means eat less so that you'll get better results.
