1.high knee raises,

You perform this exercise slowly. Whenever you lift the knees up then you have to breathout. This exercise will prove to be very effective for your lower body. In morden time people do not do this exercise, but this exercise is very good for weight loss. When you inhale then you have to sit down, while rising up you have to exhale. Sets- 3 sets You have to do 14 repetitions in each set.

3.Mountain climbing,
This exercise will improve your core strength and also reduce your belly fat. To perform this exercise, you have to come in plank position, you have to bring one knee inwards, you will exhale while bringing the knee in. When you get practice of this exercise then you can speed it up. Whenever you move the knee inwards, then try to squeeze the abs. Sets-3 sets You have to do 20 repetitions with each legs.

4.Push ups,
This exercise is very beneficial for your upper body. You have to come in the position of push ups, after that you have to keep in mind that your back should not be too low and too high. When you go down, your chest should come between your two hands. When you rise up, make sure to exhale. Do this exercise very comfortably with full concentration. Sets- 3 You have to do 10 to 12 repetitions in every set.

5.Jumping jacks,
You must have performed this exercise in school. You can understand this exercise through video. These exercises will increase your heart rate, which will help you lose fat. Sets 3 You have to do 20 repetitions in each set.

6. Leg raises,
This exercise is considered very good for abs. To do this exercise, you have to lie down on the ground, keep both your hands under the hips, you have to keep the knee slightly above, remember, you have to keep the knee slightly bent. Now you have to raise the knees, whenever you raise the knees upwards, then you should keep in mind that you do not raise the knees too much means that your hips will always touch the floor. Breathe out every time you lift the legs up. Sets 2 Every sets you have to do 20 repetitions.

7.Butt kicks,
This exercise will give a good shape to your hips means glutes and hamstring. 8. Plank to push ups,
Along with strengthening your core, this exercise will strengthen the whole body and will also do toning. To perform this exercise, you have to hold your elbows and toes parallely, then from here you will come on your hands and continue means low Planck and high Planck. 9. Sets burpees,
