How to detox smokers lungs naturally ,
About lungs-Lungs are the main organs of your respiratory system.it's job is inhaling oxygen and exhaling carbon dioxide.
Second your lungs transfer oxygenated blood in the whole body because of which ,your body can perform better functioning.

Now whoever smokes cigarette ,it is important them to understand that ,
1 puff which you inhale contains nearly 7000 chemical from which 70 chemicals are so harmful that they damages the lungs cells.And cigarette smokers are 15-20 times more exposed of lungs cancer as compared to normal person.
Tobacco contains carbon monoxide which is very harmful gas.Due to smoking, carbon monoxide level in your body increase. Smoke hits your lungs very quickly and the harmful chemicals in it mix in the blood ,and the blood travels in the whole body.
Because of this your lungs gets damaged but along with that your heart,kidney even your skin, nails,hair are also effected.
And yes, heart rate and blood pressure never becomes normal if you do smoking.
Why do we get addicted to cigarettes,
Smoking is an addiction because nicotine reaches into your brain in less than 10 second and release dopamine. Because of which you'll feel calm and relaxed.But problem is that your brain tolerance power increases for that nicotine and for the same happy high ,your brain demands more nicotine. Because of which you don't know when you reached from 1 to 2 2 to 10 cigarettes you get addicted to it .
Is possible to quit smoking and detox the lungs,
But it is possible to quit smoking completely .
I will tell you in this blog ahead before that.
I am sharing two drinks which will clean and detox smokers lungs.
For the 1st lungs detox drink,you need lemon, ginger, mint and bitter gourd.
For making this ,add 2sliced lemons, some mint and grated ginger in 1 litre water.
After this ,remove the seeds of bitter gourd, chop it in pieces and put them into the water. Keep this in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
Ginger removes toxins from your respiratory track and help in the removing the stored mucus, with this bitter gourd makes your respiratory system strong and it contains cancer preventing properties which resists the cells from multiplying.
You should Consume this water twice a day.
1 glass in the morning empty stomach and 1 glass in the night before going to the bed.
And you have to do this for continous 3 days so that your will become clean and so this process once a month.
For making 2nd drink, we need onion, turmeric, ginger and honey.
To make this ,and half cup chopped Onions in 1 glass of water, chopped ginger and a little bit of turmeric.

To make this,add half cup dropped Onions in 1 glass of Water. Boil it for 7-10 minutes and filtered it and for taste and 1 spoon honey.
Onions consists of anti oxidants which protect your linging of lungs. Onion is very effective ingredient of cure your respiratory infection.
We all know that turmeric contains medicinal properties and that is because of curcumin.which is very effective in curing inflammation of lungs.
You have to drink this drink for back to back 3 days and twice a day.
And you can repeat this in every 4 weeks.
This was all about drinks but as i told you that it is possible to quit smoking.
Some important points ,
So if you are serious and want to keep your lungs healthy, so you should quit smoking tody itself and your lungs start healing right after you quit smoking.
Just after 20 minutes, your heart rate and pressure becomes normal.
After 12 hours the carbon monoxide levels decreases in your body.
After 2 weeks,the functioning of your lungs becomes better and you'll also see improvement in shortness of breath.And you'll feel very much difference after 4 weeks.
Till here in this blog ,you might have got to know that you should stop smoking tody itself. And use the drinks told in this blog .
But with this ,if you want to remove the stored mucus ,then there are some postures.which you can follow and you'll get help out of it.
1.For the first postures ,you have to lie down on the floor or bed on your back ,after that the place 2-3 pillow your hip so that your hips becomes at a higher level than your chest .After that inhale from your nose and exhale from your mouth,just remember, the time taken for exhaling should be twice than that of inhaling,And to do this 3-5 minutes.

2.For the second postures, lie down on the side of your body and placed 2-3 pillows below your hips,and follow the same breathing patterns for 3-5 minutes but remember that you have to do this from both the sides.

3.For the 3rd postures,lie down on your belly side place 2-3 pillows below .
Your belly so that level of hips will be higher than your chest .After the follow 1:2 breathing as I told you. The time of exhaling should be twice than that of inhaling.
Inhale from nose and exhale from mouth remember this and you should perform all these postures 3-4 times in a week and the best time to do it is early morning.
